Opportunities

Mosaic Transit Constructors is a consortium of Aecon, Dragados Canada and Dufferin Construction. Our companies have a history of providing skills development and training in the communities where we work. The Finch West LRT is no exception as we will partner with workforce agencies to provide opportunities to community members and encourage our sub-contractors to do the same.

During design, construction and operations, the Finch West LRT project will provide jobs and business opportunities in the community and across the GTHA.

Skilled Trades

Mosaic Transit Constructors has reached labour agreements with the following unions regarding the participation of skilled trades on the project: LiUNA Local 183, Operating Engineering 793, Labourers Local 506, and Local 27 Carpenters.

Mosaic does not hire skilled tradespeople directly for the project as tradespeople are hired and managed by our subcontractors.
